The sixteen cocktails, so you know what you are ordering
Rum-based
- Mojito 220 — white rum, fresh mint, lime, sugar, soda. The most refreshing on the list.
- Daiquiri 220 — white rum, fresh lime, sugar. Simple and properly sharp.
- Original mai tai 230 — white and dark rum with pineapple and orange.
- Piña colada 230 — white rum, Malibu, fresh pineapple, coconut milk. Sweet and thick.
Vodka-based
- Espresso martini 220 — vodka, Kahlua, fresh espresso. Strong, and it carries caffeine.
- Moscow mule 220 — vodka, fresh lime, ginger beer. Fizzy with a ginger bite.
- Sex on the beach 220 — vodka, peach, orange, cranberry. All fruit.
- Porn star martini 230 — vanilla vodka with passion fruit purée.
Whiskey-based
- Manhattan 220 — bourbon, sweet vermouth, Angostura.
- Old fashioned 230 — bourbon, sugar, bitters, orange twist. Spirit-forward and barely sweet.
- Whiskey sour 230 — whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white for the foam on top.
Gin-based
- Singapore sling 220 — gin, cherry liqueur, bitters.
- Negroni 230 — gin, sweet vermouth, Campari. Bitter, and not sweet at all.
The rest
- Margarita 220 — tequila, Cointreau, lime. Straight up or frozen.
- Martini 230 — vodka or gin with dry vermouth.
- Long island iced tea 240 — vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec in one glass. The strongest thing on the list.
The five spritzes, all 280
Every one is built on prosecco and soda; only the flavouring changes.
- Aperol — gently bitter orange, the classic
- Campari — noticeably more bitter, deeper red
- Limoncello — bright, sweet lemon
- Peach — soft and sweet
- Passion fruit — sharp and aromatic
New to spritzes? Start with Aperol, the least bitter, and move to Campari if you like that edge.

B-52 (layered coffee liqueur, Baileys, orange) · flaming sambuca (blow it out first) · Extraterrestrial (our own, bright green and citrus-forward) · kamikaze in blue or red (vodka, triple sec, lime) · sex on the beach (vodka, peach, orange, cranberry)
If you are not drinking
Three genuine 0.0% beers — Heineken Zero 100, Budweiser Zero 160, Guinness Zero 300.
Bundaberg ginger beer at 180 is alcohol-free but properly gingery, so it does not feel like drinking a soft drink.
Or take a tonic at 50, or sparkling mineral water at 140, with a squeeze of lime — dry, and nothing cloying about it.
